Do your panels actually need cleaning?
Not always, and we will not charge you for a clean you do not need. Clean Energy Council guidance is clear on this: panels tilted above 10 degrees are largely self cleaning in normal rainfall.
Residential
Most home roofs sit well above 10 degrees of pitch, so your panels mostly clean themselves. Worth a clean if there is visible heavy buildup or your output has dropped, not on a fixed schedule.
Commercial
Flatter roofs, under roughly 10 degrees of pitch, do not get the same rain rinse benefit. Regular cleaning is genuinely worth it there.

We diagnose before we recommend, so you will never get charged for work your system does not need. We are led by electricians, so the person diagnosing the fault is qualified to fix it too, not just flag it and hand you off. And when we replace a part, it is a brand we would put on our own home.
No unnecessary work, no upselling
A lot of servicing works backwards, starting with a standard package, a clean, an inspection and whatever else is on the van, whether your system actually needs it or not. We do the opposite. If your panels do not need cleaning, we will tell you that instead of doing it anyway. If a fault is minor, we will not dress it up as urgent. You only pay for what your system actually needs.
Fixed properly, not just patched
Small faults are cheap to catch early and expensive to ignore. Our checks are not a box ticking exercise. We are looking for the developing issue, not just the obvious one, so you are not back on the phone to us in six months for the same problem in a different form.

Do my panels need regular cleaning?
Usually not. If your roof is pitched above about 10 degrees, rain generally keeps panels clean on its own, and we will only recommend a clean if there is visible buildup or your output has dropped. Flatter commercial roofs are the exception, where regular cleaning is worth it.
Will you recommend work I do not actually need?
No. We diagnose first and only recommend what your system genuinely needs. If it does not need cleaning, or a part is not failing, we will tell you that.
